Galleria Fort Lauderdale marks Atlas Hill’s second acquisition since being founded in 2024 by Sandeep Mathrani

Fort Lauderdale – September 23, 2025 – Atlas Hill Real Estate in partnership with GFO Investments, InSite Group, and Prime Finance, today announced it has completed the acquisition of Galleria Fort Lauderdale, marking the start of a transformative chapter for the city’s most iconic shopping and dining destination. Centennial Real Estate will serve as the property manager for the asset.

The locally based partnership plans to reimagine the property as a vibrant hub of retail, culture, and community. Plans include a re-merchandising program and a significant renovation of both the exterior and interior spaces.

This acquisition represents Atlas Hill’s second major investment since its founding in 2024. The firm has owned Annapolis Mall in Annapolis, Maryland for just over a year, during which time it has leased more than 350,000 square feet. Today, Annapolis Mall’s ‘signed-but-not-open’ occupancy sits above 90%, underscoring the team’s ability to attract top-tier tenants while curating a thoughtful merchandising mix.

New tenants include Dick’s Sporting Goods – House of Sport, Tesla, Uniqlo, Dave & Buster’s, Swarovski, and Talbots. These are in addition to the existing roster of Apple, Urban Outfitters, Crate & Barrel, Zara, American Eagle, Victoria’s Secret, and Lululemon. The Cheesecake Factory and Maggiano’s complement the food and beverage line-up.
