Atlas Hill RE, founded in 2024, is a real estate venture focused on value-add retail, hospitality, and residential. The firm owns Galleria Fort Lauderdale, and its realized track record includes the acquisition, 18-month repositioning, and sale of Annapolis Mall.
Backed by a seasoned leadership team and institutional partners, Atlas Hill brings decades of experience in owning, operating, and reimagining landmark retail, hospitality, and residential properties. Our mission is to create dynamic destinations that combine shopping, dining, entertainment, hospitality, and residential — while delivering long-term value for tenants, partners, and investors.

Oversees anchor leasing, business development, and inline leasing for the firm. A seasoned real estate executive with over 30 years of experience, she previously led Business Development at Brookfield Retail and served as President and COO of WeWork.
Stephanie Mineo
Partner
Retail
Oversees inline, junior anchor, and F&B leasing. With 35+ years in commercial real estate, she has led development, leasing, and merchandising for major shopping centers and mixed-use projects with JLL, Westfield, Turnberry, and Ashkenazy Acquisition. Based in Annapolis, she has worked in top markets nationwide.
Sumer Aggarwal
Head of Investments and Asset Management
Retail
Leads asset management, investments, and special projects for the firm. His prior experience includes roles at Sycamore Partners and Brookfield Properties, with a focus on real estate private equity and mixed-use development.
Saheer Mathrani
Partner
Hospitality & Residential
Oversees the firm's luxury hospitality and residential development portfolio. Previous experience includes design project management for Aman Resorts, media & entertainment licensing at Authentic Brands Group, co-founding a media company, and creative consulting across the hospitality and fine arts industries.
