UNIQLO – Opening Fall 2026

UNIQLO will open a 10,619-square-foot store near Starbucks, offering minimalist, high-quality apparel designed for everyday comfort and function with advanced fabrics like HEATTECH and AIRism. UNIQLO is celebrated worldwide for its LifeWear philosophy – high-quality, functional clothing designed to improve comfort through thoughtful design.


Swarovski – Opening Winter 2025

Swarovski, the iconic crystal brand, will debut a new store near Zara in time for the 2025 holiday season. Since 1895, Swarovski has set the standard in precision-cut crystal jewelry and accessories, blending timeless craftsmanship with contemporary style.


JACK & JONES – Opening Fall 2026

JACK & JONES will open a 7,842-square-foot store next to Under Armour, offering a full range of everyday wear and fashion for women and men — from quality denim and fashion pieces to contemporary streetwear and accessories designed for style-conscious shoppers.


OFFLINE by Aerie – Opening Summer 2026

Created by the team behind American Eagle and Aerie, OFFLINE will open a 3,154-square-foot store next to the Annapolis Mall Aerie, featuring activewear and accessories designed for comfort and movement, made with sustainable fabrics for workouts, lounging, or life on the go.


GOAT USA – Opening Fall 2025

Fast-growing lifestyle apparel brand GOAT USA will open a 4,000-square-foot store across from Eddie Bauer, offering high-quality clothing designed to inspire confidence and positivity through its signature blend of comfort, style, and performance for everyday wear.


Fello – Opening Winter 2026

Fello, a Maryland-based organization supporting individuals with disabilities, will open a 5,890-square-foot location near the fish tank. The new space will allow Fello to expand its statewide mission of empowerment and community engagement through programs and services for individuals with disabilities.


DICK’S House of Sport Opening Summer 2026

DICK’S House of Sport will open a 153,000-square-foot immersive retail destination from DICK’S Sporting Goods that combines premium athletic gear with dynamic, hands-on experiences. Guests can explore a wide selection of top-performance products while enjoying in-store features such as a full-scale climbing wall, TrackMan golf simulators, HitTrax multi-sport batting cages, and more. The location also includes outdoor fields and courts for year-round play, product testing, clinics, and community events. Designed as a hub for athletes of all levels, DICK’S House of Sport inspires customers to discover new passions, enhance their skills, and connect through sport.


Talbots Opening Winter 2025

A longtime favorite at Annapolis Mall, Talbots will relocate to a larger 8,686-square-foot space across from The Container Store during the 2025 holiday season. The legendary women’s brand continues to offer timeless apparel and accessories designed for flattering fits and versatile style for every body and occasion.

The addition of these new tenants highlights the continued evolution of Annapolis Mall under the direction of Atlas Hill RE, Centennial, and their industry partners. Together, the ownership group is curating a well-balanced mix of national brands, regional favorites, and new concepts that reflect today’s retail trends while strengthening the center’s appeal for shoppers across the region.
