Annapolis Mall Announces the Addition of Over 300,000 Square Feet of New Tenants to Top-Tier Regional Center
UNIQLO, Swarovski, JACK & JONES, OFFLINE by Aerie, GOAT USA, Fello, DICK'S House of Sport and an Expanded Talbots Join Prime Retail Destination

Annapolis Mall, a super-regional shopping center in Annapolis, Maryland, serving visitors from across the Washington, D.C., and Baltimore metro areas, announced today the addition of several new tenants: UNIQLO, Swarovski, JACK & JONES, OFFLINE by Aerie, GOAT USA, Fello, DICK'S House of Sport, and a Talbots expansion.

The new tenants
The addition of these new tenants highlights the continued evolution of Annapolis Mall under the direction of Atlas Hill RE, Centennial, and their industry partners. Together, the ownership group is curating a well-balanced mix of national brands, regional favorites, and new concepts that reflect today's retail trends while strengthening the center's appeal for shoppers across the region.
Other important retail announcements at Annapolis Mall include Tesla and Dave & Buster's, each expected to open in 2026 and early 2027, respectively.
